In general
You and Strandgården will agree on the terms for the room rental. Unless a special agreement has been reached, the following rules apply.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is binding as it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via the booking system. When ordering, you are obliged to state your name, address, telephone number, arrival and departure time and how payment is to be made. Of course, you also need to inform us if there are any food allergies.
Arrival and departure
The room is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave the room by 11.00 at the latest.
Strandgården's obligations and your own wishes
If we cannot give you a room on arrival, as agreed, you have the right to get an equivalent or better room at Strandgården or in accommodation of equivalent standard at no additional cost. Strandgården is non-smoking and pet-free. In the event of a violation of the smoking or pet ban, Strandgården has the right to charge the customer costs.
Your own safety
Always take notice where all exits and fire extinguishers are located.
Storage, luggage and valuables in the room
Strandgården has the right according to law to, as security for the claim against the guest, retain luggage and in some cases, according to established rules, also to sell it. If your property is of unusually high value, you are obliged to inform Strandgården of this. Strandgården has no obligation to store property that is of high value. Strandgården has no strict responsibility for the property that you store in the hotel room.
